NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant hereby gives notice of a public hearing on Monday, November 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:

Application for an area variance at 1207 Milestrip Rd (SBL 283.00-4-8) Case 2024-04.

This area variance case is for replacing and existing 10ft x 7ft shed with a new 24ft x 10ft accessory building. The applicant is requesting a side yard setback of 35ft from the east neighboring property of which 50ft is required in an A - Agricultural Zone.

All interested parties will have opportunity to speak on the matter.
