NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a PUBLIC HEARING to be held by the Brant Zoning Board of Appeals in the Town Hall, 1272 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York on the 10th day of July, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. local time for the purpose of reviewing the Area Variance application from Timothy J. Marien, 980 Brant Farnham Rd, otherwise identified as SBL# 267.00-4-16 within the Town of Brant, New York. The applicant requests to reduce the side yard setback from 50 feet to 26 feet for an addition to an existing garage, and to reduce the required setback for an existing barn from 50 feet to 44 feet. All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
