Call to Order: Chairman Ostrowski called the meeting to order at 7pm

Approval of Minutes: A motion to accept the minutes of the October Meeting was made by Janice and seconded by Angela. Carried

Old Business:

Solar Law: The law has been forwarded to the Town Board and the Town Attorney.

Horizontal Drilling: The Town Attorney has received the law from the state and is reviewing it.

Southtowns Planning Meeting: The chairman advised the members about the discussion that took place. The next meeting is January 23^rd. Everyone is welcome to attend.

NEW BUSINESS

Selection of Chairman: Janice made a motion to recommend the town board reappoint Joe Ostrowski as Planning Board Chairman for 2017. Seconded by everyone. Carried

Adjournment: A motion was made by Jason and seconded by Jamey to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:30pm
