2013 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD - NOVEMBER 1 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30
 
During the month of November, landowners in Erie County can request inclusion of their lands into existing certified agricultural districts. 

Landowners must fill out the request form and submit it to:

Following the open enrollment period, a hearing will be held on the submitted requests, and the Erie County Ag & Farmland Protection Board (AFPB) will make recommendations on those requests. Those recommendations will be sent to the Erie County Legislature for consideration, and then to the NYS Commissioner of Agriculture & Markets for certification.
