The Special Budget Meeting of the Brant Town Board was held on Tuesday, November  16, 2012 at the Brant Town Hall, located at 1272 Brant North Collins Rd, Brant, New York at 6:30 PM.
PRESENT WERE:

Leonard K. Pero		Supervisor
Donald Clark		Councilman
Clark Borngraber	Councilman
Chad Kaczmarek	Councilman
Jeffrey Gier                       Councilman
William Trask, Sr.	Town Attorney
Barbara J Daniel	Town Clerk, Recording Secretary

ALSO PRESENT AND SIGNED IN WERE:

Lynda Ostrowski	Deputy Town Clerk, Secretary to the Boards
Janice Ross		Planning Board member, BOAR Member
Donald Hepkin		Chief of Police

The meeting opened at 6:30 PM with a Pledge to the Flag.

Councilman Clark questioned what appeared to be an increase on the budget since the Preliminary was adopted on November 13, 2012.  He stated that he was against adoption because he had questions as to the ?bump? in one of the figures, and asked if it was something to do with the Grant.  Supervisor Pero stated that the budget presented tonight is the same budget as was adopted as the Preliminary on November 13, 212 and there were no further changes other than what could have been accepted on November 13, 2012.

Councilman Gier moved to adopt the 2013 budget as presented, and was seconded by Councilman Borngraber.  A roll call vote was taken: Councilman Gier-aye, Councilman Borngraber-aye, Councilman Kaczmarek-aye, Councilman Clark-nay,  Supervisor Pero-aye.  4 ayes, 1 nay.  Motion passed.

A Motion was made by Councilman Borngraber to adjourn the meeting, seconded by the Councilman Gier.  The meeting adjourned at 6:32 PM.  All in favor.  Meeting adjourned.
