Minutes: Town Board Meeting Tuesday October 20, 2010 at 6:30 PM, Brant Town Hall	

Present: Supervisor Leonard Pero, Councilman Vincent Fullone, Councilman Daniel Kujawinski, Councilman Clark Borngraber, Town Clerk, Thea Ells 
Record of Attendance: Judge Peter Gugino, Judge Linda Crouse
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Pero at 7:00 PM with a Pledge to the flag.
Supervisor pero reviewed the budget line by line. There was discussion concerning salaries, hours, expenses, aid, and more for almost every department. 
Changes to the tentative budget include: A Fund: Courts: Court Clerks pers. services lines increase $1192.00 each, Court contractual expenses: increase $500.00, Town Clerk: eliminate $1000. equipment expenses and increase contractual expense $300.00, Law; contractual increase $1500.00, Town Hall (new) building increase for personal services of $17,000.00 and increase of contractual expenses of $4000.00, Garage: increase equipment by $2250.,Parks: contractual expenses increase of $5000., Pool: increase of equipment $2000., transfer to other funds increase of $$11,025.,increase court revenue by $15,000.increase of A fund appropriated fund balance $25,000. B Fund: Transfer to Other funds increased by $5525.00, increase the appropriated fund balance by $5525.00.Hghway Town wide increase appropriated fund balance by $17500.00. Highway Part town: increase General repairs, by $900.00, increase permanent services by $100.00, increase inter fund transfers by $5525.00 and increase appropriated fund balance by $1000.00.
Board members will receive a preliminary budget as soon as the bookkeeper reviews adjustments. 

Councilman Kujawinski moved for adoption of the following motion #292, motion seconded by Councilman Fullone. Roll Call Vote: Kujawinski ? aye, Fullone ? aye, Borngraber ? aye ? aye, Pero- aye, 4 Ayes, 0 Nays, 0 Abstains  
#292 RESOLVED: Approve the expenditure of up to $2,700.00 to Turnbull Nurseries for tree, planting and soil at the Town Park, highway department will dig holes. 
Supervisor Pero moved for adoption of the following #293, seconded by Councilman Borngraber.  4 ayes: Pero, Fullone, Kujawinski, Borngraber 0 nays
