LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BRANT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING November 9, 2010, 8:30 PM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been presented to the Brant Town Board, Erie County, New York, Proposed Local Law # 3 of the year 2010 For the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed Local Law No. 3-2010 which would impose a six month moratorium on the issuance and processing of applications and issuance of permits or approvals for the telecommunications facilities in the Town of Brant. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brant Town Board will conduct a public hearing on the aforesaid local law at the Brant Town Hall, 1294 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York on Tuesday the 9th day of November 9th, 2010 at 8:30 P.M.
