LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BRANT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Brant, New York, duly adopted at its meeting on October 12, 2010 Resolution #282 authorizing the expenditure up to the sum of $65.000.00 from the Brant Highway Equipment Reserve Account for the purchase of a Highway Plow Truck. Notice is further given that the said expenditure is subject to permissive referendum, as required by law.
