LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BRANT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been presented to the Brant Town Board, Erie County, New York, Proposed Local Law # 1 of the year 2009, entitled ?A Local Law for Veterans Exemption ? Cold War?. A local option for Towns now permitted in New York to benefit those veterans who served during the Cold War. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brant Town Board will conduct a public hearing on the aforesaid local law at the Brant Town Hall, 1294 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York on Tuesday the 13th day of January, 2009 at 8:00 P.M.
