Report of the Workshop of the Brant Town Board held on Thursday April 3, 2008 at 7:30 PM, 1294 Brant NC Rd, Brant, New York at the Brant Town Hall.

ATTENDANCE: 
Councilwoman Roseann Turner, Councilman Daniel Kujawinski, Councilman Vincent Fullone
Absent: Supervisor Leonard K. Pero, Thea A. Ells, Town Clerk, John Grennell, Town Attorney.
Attendance: G. Cordia, D. Gierlinger, C. Gierlinger, Marty Rosiek  
Clerk verified that this workshop was posted at the Town Hall, and Town Crier notified 
Board members received the financial reconciliation reports from the Town Clerk and Justice?s, Town Clerk?s report to Board members, Police monthly report, planning board, and senior recreation, other reports will be distributed as received.

Board members present acknowledged this meeting was asked for by Joseph DeCarlo, Assessor, to inform the Board of on-going process of the reassessment of the Town, outside the Village of Farnham.  DeCarlo submitted to the Board, some property sales in the Town, Vacant Land Sales and copies of letter to accompany the review forms to be submitted for each property.  Board was advised that informal review forms would be available on the Town website (brantny.com).  Also, the Assessor requested from the Board members that any questions from property owners be addressed to him.  Questions from the Board members present were answered by either Mr. DeCarlo or Mr. Wilkins.
