NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Time Warner Cable Franchise Renewal For Town of Brant PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Brant will hold a Public Hearing on December 11, 2007, at 8:00 p.m. at the Brant Town Hall, 1294 Brant-North Collins Rd, Brant, New York regarding renewal of the cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Brant and Time Warner Cable. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerk?s Office, 1294 Brant-North Collins Rd., Brant, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
