Criminal Court is held two days a month.  If you are summoned to appear in the Town of Brant Court for a Wednesday, you will appear before Justice Linda Crouse. If you are summoned to appear on a Monday, you will appear before Justice Peter F. Gugino.  The court dates below are contingent on weather conditions, etc.  Please check here regularly.
