NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant hereby gives notice of a public hearing on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:

Application for an area variance at 1928 Halley Rd (SBL 285.00-1-1.24) Case 2024-03.

This area variance case is for building a 20ft x 24ft garage/pole barn. The applicant is requesting a front yard setback of 56ft in which 80ft is required in a R-R Rural Residential Zone.

All interested parties will have opportunity to speak on the matter.
