NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant hereby gives notice of a public hearing on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:

Case 2024-02: Application for an area variance at 69 Oval St (SBL 281.06-1-80)

This case is for a side setback where 10’ side setback is minimum required and combined setback is 25’ minimum required. The applicant, Susan Holmes’ request is for 7’ setback on the north side and 17’ for north and south combined to build a new 547 square foot addition utilizing part of the existing foundation.

All interested parties will have opportunity to speak on the matter.
