NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant hereby gives notice of a public hearing on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:

Case 2024-01: Application for an area variance at 10068 Brant Angola Rd (SBL 267.00-3-24.2) The applicant requests to reduce the side yard setback from the required 50’ to 17’ and the rear yard setback from the required 50’ to 21’ for a new 36’ x 30’ pole barn.

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard on the matter.
