NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant hereby gives notice of a public hearing on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:

Case 2023-03: Application for an area variance at 83 Lotus Bay Rd, Brant, NY - SBL 265.04-1-62. The applicant requests to reduce the front yard setback from 60’ to 17’ for a new carport with an EV charging hookup.

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard on the matter.
