Local Time for the purpose of considering the adoption of Proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2006, which would eliminate current Section 25-3 of the Town of Brant Code which requires the posting and publishing of adopted local laws, and At 8:15 P.M. Local Time for the purpose of considering the adoption of Proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2006, which would impose residency restrictions on convicted, registered sex offenders in the Town of Brant. Copies of the proposed local law are available for review in the office of the Town Clerk, 1294 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York during regular business hours.
