NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant hereby gives notice of a public hearing on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, 1272 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:

Case 2023-02: Application for area variance at 10455 Versailles Plank Rd, Brant, NY - SBL 269.00-4-19. The applicant requests to reduce the side yard setback from 50’ to 15’ for a new barn construction.  

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard on the matter.
