NOTICE TO TOWN OF BRANT RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS:

Except in the case of an actual emergency where access of emergency responders is threatened, New York State law prohibits the use of town equipment and personnel from all activities on private property, including, but not limited to, snowplowing of roads that have not been legally dedicated to and accepted by the Town of Brant.
