Also Present: Council Liaison Janice Ross, Code Enforcement Officer Gary Brecker, Andrew Lonkey from 10936 Southwestern Blvd
Open meeting: Having a quorum present, Chairman Ostrowski opened the meeting at 7pm.
Approve minutes of February meeting: Carol motioned to approve the February minutes, seconded by Jason. Motion approved.
Old Business: The Board discussed the special use application and advised Mr. Lonkey of the following required information:
1. All Property and School Taxes must be brought current.
2. The dimensions of all the buildings must be listed on the site plan.
3. The restrooms must be noted on the site plan for all public buildings.
4. The holding pond must be added to the site plan.
5. The parking lot lighting must be added to the site plan.
6. An impound fence to screen the stored vehicles from the roadway must be indicated.
7. All certificates must be provided.
8. Handicap parking spaces must be added to the site plan.
9. Impound lot cannot contain more than 15 unregistered vehicles.
10. A lot having 20 or more parking spaces requires a shade tree. This must be added to the
site plan.
11. There are 3 entrance bays on the building but only 2 are indicated.
12. The site plan indicates a second driveway, but the curb cut has not been approved by
Erie County Environment and Planning or the Dept of Transportation.
Also stated by the board:
1. Property up to 500 ft from the roadway is zoned Commercial. Past 500 ft is zoned
Agricultural. Property beyond the 500 ft cannot be used for commercial.
2. Mr. Lonkey stated that auto repairs are not being preformed on the property at this point.
3. Mr. Lonkey advised that the swimming pools currently stored on the property will be
removed.
4. There are 2 boats stored on the property.
5. The Board stated that Mr. Lonkey needs to comply to the zoning laws just like everyone
else.
The Board was in agreement to table the decision on this application until all the requested requirements are met.

There is no new business.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Jason, seconded by Carol. Motioned approved.
