Open meeting: Having a quorum present, Chairman Ostrowski opened the meeting at 7:00pm.
Approval of the January 4 minutes: Debbie motioned to approve the minutes, seconded by Brenda. Approved.

NEW BUSINESS:
Renaldo Car Repair: After much discussion, a motion was made by Joe 2nd by Becky to recommend to the Town Board, the approval of a special use permit for Renaldo Auto Service. Carried.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Debbie, seconded by Janet. Carried
