No, there was no meeting.
Ok, thank you.
Zoning Board Chairman?
Nothing to report
Report?
Yes, sir. Nothing to report. Thank you.
Ok, good, thank you. Rec Report?
Councilmen Muffoletto, do you have you want to talk about anything, or discuss summer Rec?
Yes. We got the state recommendations in for summer camp, or as they put it It’s really kind of a little difficult right now. Can't have busses, because people being too close. I did talk to Vince, he thinks that we can do this. There will be no trips. There will be no school busses. But we spoke about it, he thinks it can be taken care of keeping everybody outside. And so I guess put a cap on it, Tracy, is Tracy on?
Yes I am
Do you remember last year where we have about 180, 190 people that signed up?
Yeah, we had just over 150. We had about 100 kids show up every day and Vince was wondering if you wanted to put a cap on it because they can only be in groups of 15.
Right, we spoke about it and Vince seems to think that we can cap it at 150. I'm not so sure that we should go that high. But with 20 people being hired, which is what they had last year, it's a it's a doable thing. I guess they can still use the pool, in their groups. The biggest thing is, when you're in a group, you gotta stay in that group. You can't go out and do anything else. So each day, whatever group you're in, you have to stay in that group. So I would, I would say that, at least for now, we move forward and assume that we're going to have rec, maybe start a sign-up soon as we can get an idea on what we have, I would give preference to Brant kids, first, and put a cut off, what do you think the cut off should be?
I would probably say one third, everything else is at one third isn’t it?
Uh, they are raising a lot of things right now, especially being out for gatherings and such, up to 50%, and keep in mind it’s not the same terms if you're outside.
Oh yeah, but there are days too when they're going to be indoors.
It's not going to be indoors, it’s going to be outdoors. If there’s a rain day, they're going to get everybody's phone number, so they can cancel rec for those specific days. Remember, there's no busses. Going to be up to the parents or grouping to get kids in and out of there.
Then he was saying that everyone does sign up for that.
Pardon me, Vinnie was saying everyone that does sign up, to remind me it's a texting service that he uses. He’s used that for rec for quite a few years and he gets all the parents to sign up for, they use it at school as well. And he was saying that if it's a rainy day, they'll just have to call it because they can't swim if it's a rainy day. And there's not enough buildings to put people in a social distance.
Exactly. So we can do that. And also you know things can change by July. If it’s correct that by May 1st everybody will have an opportunity to get the vaccine no matter what your age, by July, we may have a whole different story.
I think we should move forward too, because this way here, it's going to show that we want to do stuff for the people in this Town.
I agree, I'm not against it, I Just don't think 150 is doable.
Well, the fact that there’s no bussing, that might limit it, right? I mean.
Right?
That’s what I think, a lot of parents work and are not going to be able to get their kids out. You have a lot of these places just big groups like the bus picks up. So I don’t know, do we limited at 100? See where it goes from here. We can always add, right?
Yep, but we can’t subtract.
Right.
Want to start off with….
Let's limit it to 100, they’re not doing any field trips or anything this year, so they are at the park, period..
All right. Well, we can limit it to 100. We can always increase if we feel like things open up.
We keep the price the same. Is everybody in agreement with the same price to sign up.
Yes.
Yes.
The next question is, of course, Vince is asking that they get more money, and you know what, I think, I think maybe it's not a bad idea, and I would suggest maybe between $11.50 and $12, what are your thoughts?
Minimum, wage is $12.50.
We don't have to pay minimum wage.
oh we don't?
No we’re exempt, because we are a municipality.
Last year was $9.89
Last year it was $9.89. You know what, I would even go to 12 or 12 50, in my, my opinion. But its up to the Board
I'm OK with the minimum wage, if everybody's OK with it.
Yeah. I think we have some room we’ve been responsible about other spending. I think we have some room to do that. I think it would make them very happy, and you know what’s going on.
There are thousands of dollars that we're not going to be spending for busses and such.
Not only that, they will have a lot more responsibility with all those kids there.
Absolutely
What's the minimum?
All right, Mike, you want to make the motion?
All right, I'd like to make a motion that we have Rec this year. We cap the hourly wage at $12.50 an hour. That we start….. Tracy would May 1st be OK to start registration?
[clerk’s note: Tracy did not reply]
I ‘m going to say that we start registration May 1st. And we limit it to initially 100 people that we can later modify, and that we move forward with the rec program this year. Did I miss anything?
No. I think it's perfect. I’ll second it.
You didn't…..you didn't state what the fee would be and are you looking to limit it to town residents?
The fee would be limited to what it was last year. I don't know if we have to put the actual number in, because I don't have that.
I have it and can read it off
I think Donna asked for it but didn’t get a response.
Ok, one child was $95.00. Two children was $160, Three children was $215, and four or more was $225. That's for residents. And non-residents was one child is $170, two children is $320, three children is $460, and four or more children as $500?
I say we keep that the same. We limit the first, first come would be Brant residents. Then from there the limit will be 100 total, but Brant residents come first.
When are we having the cutoff?
I say we keep going we fill that hundred slot?
Well, no, no, no, so that we can do it for outsiders if we don’t fill with our hundred
Oh, I gotcha. Well we’re not going to fill that hundred with Brant residents, that’s number one. We don’t have a hundred kids.
Ok.
Ok
All right, I'll second that. All those in favor?
>>> ALL BOARD MEMBERS STATED AYE
Mark DeCarlo 14:46 - 14:49
All those opposed? carried.
Thank you Councilman Muffoletto.
Thank you
Do we have a report from Alan?
It’s a long…Yes, yes, yes…. I have a Long one.
We can just make it available at the Town hall maybe, at Clerk’s office.
Yep, I have it, though.
But he did a lot to get the senior building ready right?
Yes, he did.
Alright, Great.
I see they cleaned up on the corner as well at the little park. Donna Um, do you know, do they have any plans as to when they're going to fix the fence and all that stuff? The chain link.
He’s gotta order the new posts.
well, I understand that, but we can get that. 15:51 - 15:54
That's what he told me.
We need to remove the old posts first?
Pardon me?
He needs to remove the old posts first
Yep, I'll work on that.
OK.
There was no, I’m assum….
I was just going to say, if the floor is kind of open we need to talk about, trimming and mulch, and all that this year, it hasn't been done in several years now.
I agree.
Whether we put that and see what Allen can do with that, and if he doesn’t feel they have the manpower for, we’re going to have to bid it out.
Yeah, it may be better just to bid it out, but let's…Donna can you talk to him first? And see if it's something he wants to tackle or if we should bid it out. Because just like, even, like at a Town Park, or, I'm Sorry. The town hall, um. The area for children to play in that that's, uh, could use an overhaul. I mean, I don't think it would cost that much mulch. Just some, some maintenance, but I know he's got other things on his plate with the pool and testing of the water, and things like that…so…
Exactly. Mowing the lawn, you only got one person right now, so I have no problem subbing it out, but it does need to get done. It’s been at least three years since Mulch has been done at the town hall.
OK. All right then we’ll work on the….
Do we want to just even put it out for a bid and just see?
Yeah, but where you gonna….
Yeah, we can do that, but we’re going to have to get together to see exactly has to be done so that they can bid on what needs to be done.
Yeah.
correct.
Pardon me Supervisor? Pardon me Mark, I’m sorry? This is Tracy. Um, at the last meeting, when you all talked about getting together some bid specs, remember, I looked at the prevailing wage for you, anything that's done at The Town Park does not fall under prevailing wage, but anything that's performed in an occupied building, whether it is the senior community building or the highway building, or the Town Hall is prevailing wage and that's like fifty dollars an hour. The only thing that's exempt is the Town Park from prevailing wage.
And how much was the prevailing wage for that type of work, do you know?
It falls under the Construction thing. It’s like fifty, I don’t know. I have it back at the office, but it’s….
Ok. All right. And that’s just like a one-man shop. Then they don't have to pay prevailing wage, right?
Exactly. Does this include outside the facilities or just doing inside
Yes, Yes. Because she called me, it's outside, it's outside any occupied building, and I go, well, “let me ask you about these buildings” and she said, and I told you about where the park was, and the highway building and she goes, “If there's anyone, there was an office in that building, if there's someone that works in that building it’s considered an occupied Building.” Now, a town employee can do that. But it's open to prevailing wage, unless it is a town park.
Basically, the Town Park and the Veteran’s Park can be done at regular rates?
Yes, those two can be done at yes
I say, we're get something together.
Yeah, I could put something together.
Yeah, let's do that. Let's publish it, let's see the cost because if it's relatively inexpensive, let's say we just do it,
well, I don't think it’s going to be that cheap because it's been neglected for some time now. So you gotta get it back into shape before you can just do a regular maintenance.
I agree. I agree
And quite frankly, the bushes are going to look like crap the first year at this point.
Yup.
We probably need to see which ones need to be replaced as well, I guess.
Exactly. Yep
Alright, if you can put that together, maybe, do, like, a inventory of what we need done. But, let's put it out and see what happens
.Michael Muffoletto 20:18 - 20:22
Grab one or the others to go with me, We can go around and see what needs to be done.
All right, that sounds great.
Mike, I'll go with you, if you want.
Ok, that's good.
20:33 - 20:38
All right, awesome thank you.
Mark, can we talk about the tables that we need for the community building?
Yeah go ahead.
Or, not the Community Building, but the upper Building, yes. The tables that are up there right now are spot welded, they’re not safe. It's just not a good scenario. Um, but we have we have a quote for $139.65 a table.
How many do we need?
What tables are spot welded?
The ones that were at the community building, and the ones that are up into Town Park now.
Ok, so those are not usable. Is that what you’re telling me?
That's what I'm saying.
Yeah. But probably needed to be replaced for years.
Yeah.
Probably, so that's, that's that um….
We got the new chairs for the Community Building but…
What about chairs?
Well, because we can get…nope…. we're not, we can get folding chairs. And we can get them for $35.99 a piece.
Well that gets expensive real fast.
Donna, what's going to happen to all those chairs leftover that are in the town hall in the gym/cafeteria area?
Some of those should be going back to, if we're gonna see if the Jehova’s want them back. The problem, is there, their cloth, and you're gonna, you're gonna leave them up there for people to use and it's gonna be a disaster,
I just want to know what’s going to happen to them, because they're good chairs.
Yes, but um….
We may be able to continue to use those at the Town Hall
Didn’t we have a lot of chairs [inaudible] at the Senior building?
What was that?
Didn’t we have a lot of chairs we were [inaudible] at the Senior building.
Those were all spot welded too.
Yeah, they were no good really anymore.
Mark was with me when we went….
[clerk’s note: sound was lost temporarily]
Anybody, though?
Yeah.
It all went silent.
That’s because we keep talking and it keeps cutting others off. So Donna, maybe you just get together, we do the grounds, go over what we need up top. What we need for chairs or what we can do with the current chairs. Have them recovered with vinyl or something versus cloth.
Ok. So can we go ahead with the tables?
How many do we need?
Ten
I'd be OK with that.
What kind of tables are these, folding?
But they're commercial grade.
And they're white top.
Yeah.
And there's a 10 year warranty on the ones that we have.
Are they similar to the ones that we bought for the Senior Builder?
Yes. But those are not commercial grade where these ones are
And that's why we um…. if you want to look into these lifetime contemporary folding chairs, they also are a 10 year warranty.
Donna are these specifically for the rec building?
Yes
I'm not sure 10 will fit in there.
Yeah. There’s four in the back that they use for food and then there is six that go on side.
I haven't been in there in a while.
I already did it all. We would need and we would need 50 chairs.
Got it.
Yeah, I'd say, if you want to go ahead with the motion on that.
Question. Are these: are these: is the purchase going to comply with the procurement policy in terms of whether it needs to be competitively bids, or are these being purchased off of state contract?
I think the total…. the total would be under the dollar amount, I think, required right or no?
I think…isn’t it 2000? I don’t have the procurement policy in front of me.
I don't have it in front of me either.
Barb, do you have it?
What's the total estimated cost of this purchase?
It will be like $1390, approximately. Under $1400
For the chairs.
Is that for both chairs and tables?
No, chairs would be 36.
18, 19, about 2000.
Hey, Barbara, if you're talking, it’s muted.
Sorry, OK, guide three. If it's less than 4000, but greater than 500, are left to the discretion of the purchaser, but all steps taken to solicit prices must be documented in writing by the purchaser. That’s for goods, supplies and equipment
What does that mean in English?
What?
Well, if it's less than $4000. but greater than $500, all estimated purchases of goods, supplies, and equipment, It's got to be left to the purchaser’s discretion but they have to have everything, but everything has to be documented in writing.
What if it's, over 4000?
Ok, so less than $10,000, but greater than $4,000. Requires an oral request for the goods and oral fax quotes from two vendors.
Ok, so, it's going to be one or the other, you have to do the total cost for the tables and chairs. And then, if it's under the 4000, you've got the simpler guideline that you follow. If the total cost is going to exceed 4000, and you have to go with the two quotes.
It would be $3,190.
Is that to total data for chairs and tables?
Yes, it is because it's free delivery. And we’re tax exempt.
So, these are foldable chairs, so if you want to store them, what do you do with them? You just stack them on top of each other? I think that’s not going to be good.
They can also go in the one corner, and be stacked on top of one another.
[clerk’s note: portions inaudible]
Right now, we have those picnic tables up there, or we had the picnic tables up there.
Now we got those heavy tables up there that are not safe. So we are in the same scenario with those tables as we would be with these table.
What do you think, mister Supervisor?
Um, I’s say let's go ahead with it, let's see if there's anything we can get that would help us like a cart where you can put the chairs on. Ok, that's what do you think about that?
And a cart for the tables too if you don't need them?
Yeah, we should be able to I’ve seen them available commercially. We should be able to, it might be safe, and be good storage option. That's a good point.
Then, with those two, we would still be under the 4000.
Alright, go ahead if you want to make the motion to approve it.
OK, OK, um, make a motion to purchase 10 tables for the upper rec building with fifty chairs
I'll make a second.
You have to state in the resolution the estimated cost.
Can we put in there to remain under $4,000.
Yep, that'll work.
And the purchase of the carts also, right?
Yep.
I'll second that. Could get a roll call
Councilwoman Marien.
Aye

councilwoman Giancarlo.
Aye
Councilmen Muffoletto
Aye
Councilwoman Ross.
Aye.
Carried.
Alright we got five more minutes before the public hearing.
I'm going to table the Town Historian’s report until next month. We need to set a public hearing for the annual special use permit renewals for June. I like to set a regular meeting date of June eighth, 2021, but at 7 30 PM I'd like to make a motion.
Do I have a second?
I’ll second it.
Second by Councilwoman Marien.
All those in favor?
>>> ALL BOARD MEMBERS STATED AYE
All those opposed? Carried.
I want to asked a question about that Special Use. We see that Weitsman didn’t do what they said they were going to do. They just did it to get another year under their belt. My suggestion for what I said last year, but I think we should do it this year, is have them apply for special use permit to do exactly what it is that they wanted to do there, and NOT as a junkyard.
I agree.
They wanted it as a transfer station, and didn't…the only reason they did it was to get their junkyard license, or permit extended.
Right…they haven't used it
It has not been open one day from that special use permit?
Can we go back to the Brant Town park?
Sure.
OK, are we just doing the wages now for the counselors for the pool?.
The pool?
I was going to talk about that under New business, after the… After the public hearing. We've got three more minutes so, Mike, do you have anything else you want to say about Weitsman before the public hearing?
I would kind of like to know, I assume we have to let them know in advance so they can apply for the new format, right?
This is something that I would like to have a discussion in Executive session with the Board.
OK, we can do that next month's meeting, because we don't have, uh, what… will time permit for us to do it next month, since we have June for the renewal, or should we be doing it now?
So I say, I think we can do it next month.
Ok. I'll put that on the agenda for next month.
Uh…I wasn’t at the last meeting, what happened to the Windows from the Senior Building?
We had agreed that Donna and I would go over there. And we would basically, the Town Board basically agreed to declare that items, I guess, as salvage. and we were to go over and look through everything in there, there wasn't they weren’t in good shape. So we basically, we basically threw them all out.
Were they tossed, or did somebody take them?
My understanding is, Donna, did you say the highway was going to put them in the dumpster, right?
Yes
Were you there for that or no?
No, I was not. I was working.
So they were instructed to put them in the dumpster. If someone took them, we're not aware. I could probably pull the video and see.
Naw, I was just wondering what happened.
Yeah, no, it wasn't. They definitely weren't given away. A lot of them got cracked when they were removed, I think. They just didn't look good.
Some of them had chairs and everything on top of them.
Yeah, they were in bad shape, for sure.
All right, at 7 30, I'd like to make a motion to go into a proposed, local law number two, national flood insurance program, public hearing. Do I have a second?
I’ll second it
All those in favor?
>>> ALL BOARD MEMBERS STATED AYE 35:48 – 35:50
Carried. Barb, can you read the notice? Don't forget to unmute yourself.
Legal Notice, brant, New York. Notice of Public Hearing.
Keep in mind, this is the second public notice, because we did change the meeting a little bit, OK.
So, this is what Tracy ended up sending to the Dunkirk Observer:
This notices to advise of a meeting change for a public hearing regarding proposed local law number 2-2021 which is to be held on Tuesday, April 13th, 2021 at 6 30 PM. This meeting will now be conducted virtually. The new information for this public hearing is listed below. Pursuant to resident resolution of the Town Board of the town of Brant New York, Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Brant Town Board, in the Brant town hall, 1272 Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York on Tuesday, the 13th day of April 2021 at 7 30 PM. local time for the purpose of considering proposed local law number 2-2021, which, if approved, would replace current article 2, chapter 87 of the Town of Brant code entitled “Flood Hazard Areas” to Comply with new requirements established by the Federal Emergency Management Administration, otherwise known as FEMA. To attend the meeting you can join from your computer, tablet or smartphone, and then he has the address https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/121207725.
You can also dial in using your phone. United States 1 (312)757-3121 Access Code: 121-207-725. Copies of the proposed local law are available for review in the Office of the Town clerk. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard, dated April 9, 2021, by order of the Brant Town Board. Barbara J. Daniel, Brant Town Clerk.
Thank you. Anyone have any questions about this, or, Bill, did you want to give a short synopsis on the…
The quick…the quick response is Article two of Chapter 87 of the Code, which is currently on the books, was adopted in 2019 as a local law, and this is these are updated design standards and procedural standards required by FEMA for the municipality to be in compliance with its flood insurance program. So, it's only two years, since the last law was, was put on the record. But this is good wholesales replace article two with a new set of standards that the Code Enforcement Officer who is the Floods Insurance Administrator for the Town of Brant would be followed. And, as you said, Mark in advance, the town has to have this on the books in order for, uh, property within flood areas on the FEMA maps to qualify for flood insurance.
Okay, does anyone have any questions?
Alright, then I will motion to close the public hearing. Do I have a second.
I’ll second.
Seconded by Councilwoman Giancarlo… all those in favor?
>>> ALL BOARD MEMBERS STATED AYE
All those opposed? Carried?
Do we want to vote on that public local law, or do we want to wait till next month?
Can probably vote on it.
My suggest would be that you vote tonight and get it into Albany because they need to review it once it's adopted and make sure that it complies with what FEMA is deeming acceptable. This will give them enough time to tell us if we miss something, but I don't think we did because we used the model that they provided. But the deadline for having this on file in Albany is June. So, I'd just, as soon wait till the last minute, if the board is comfortable moving forward with this.
All right, I'll make a motion to approve.
I’ll second it
Councilwoman Giancarlo, can I get a roll call?
Supervisor DeCarlo
Aye.
Councilwoman Giancarlo
Aye
Councilmen Muffoletto
Aye
Councilwoman Marien
Aye
And Councilwoman Ross.
Aye
Carried. Alright, awesome
The next thing was the lifeguard wages and pool fees.
Current total 2020 wages were $12 for the lifeguard and $13 for the head lifeguard. Now, that's going to be below our summer rec people's pay. I don't know if we want to raise that some or, what your thoughts are?
I would go to 13 and 14.
I agree. Is everyone OK with it?
Ok, What about currently the Day Pass is $3 a season pass for an individual is $40, a family of four pass is $90, and add $20 for each additional family member. Senior pass is $20. The splash pool is free, and fees adopted. These are the fees that were adopted, do we want to leave that the same?
I'm good with that as well
I think leave them the same.
Alright, I make a motion to leave the fees that we adopted in the 2021Org meeting the same increasing the lifeguard wages for the lifeguards to $13 an hour, and head lifeguard to $14 an hour. Do I have a second?
42:45 - 42:45
I second.
Seconded by councilwoman Ross.
Seconded actually by the whole Town Board.
All those in favor?
>>> ALL BOARD MEMBERS STATED AYE
All those opposed? Carried.
Alright. Anyone ever reports? Well, let me make a quick report. We had the, the opening of the senior building there for the seniors first meeting. I want to thank Councilwoman Ross for giving an elegant speech and Cutting the ribbon. Can you give us a short report on how that day went?
Oh, there were 26 seniors and people in attendance. Tracy was nice enough to bring us the coffee doughnuts muffins which was much appreciated. I just gave a little speech. I had the President do the ribbon cutting. And everybody was anxious to go into the building and see the changes. But it went well.
Awesome, well thank you very much.
You're welcome.
Can I say one thing, just on behalf of the seniors, thank you to the Town Board for the reception and the dedication and everything. Everybody there was so pleased with how everything looked. They were very happy and glad to be back in the building and it was all I greatly appreciated. And thank you, Tracy too for helping out like you did. Thank you all.
Thank you. Um, anyone else have anything else to report?
Just that this is the first month for eWaste.
Awesome. I'll see you there.
What is that date?
last Saturday of April
That would be 24th.
Yeah.
Yep, the 24th.
Are we keeping the fees the same?
Yeah, we did pretty good last year. I think we maybe there was more enforcement of the fees than we had in previous years, but, uh.
I think we maybe there was more enforcement of the fees than we had in previous years, but I think we did pretty good.
You think?
I think we did pretty good.
Tracy can you give me a favor? Can you grab me a copy so that I can pin it in the door?
Give you a copy of the ad?
Of Just the fees.
Ok, I can read them to you if you'd like I brought an ad home.
Oh, sure.
Ok, so the tube type monitors and TVs are free, with a limit of one for residence, and a $20 charge per unit for non-residents. Tires are free, with a limit of four for residence, but $3 charge per tire for non-residents, no rims are allowed.
Can we…on the picture tube tv’s and such…the first one's free for residents, should we have a fee if they have more?
Oh, they pay.
So you make sure that even residents pay above one.
Yes
OK, that’s all I wanted to know.
What’s that? It’s $20.00?
Yes
And does it matter if it's a flat screen or a picture tube?
No
Ok, good. Alright, awesome.
Oh Mark, where are we at with the tractor? Did you talk to anybody?
Yep I got that, that is ordered, they have it hopefully sooner than later. I'm hoping, well, I'm trying to push them to do it as quickly as possible, but they do have it there, and they're getting it up here and getting it set up, and then they'll have it to us.
Ok?
Oh, that got it?
Yeah, they had it in stock, but it was down sou…. one of their….I don’t know… they have like nineteen dealers, it was down south I believe….Pennsylvania
ok
I think, the brush system they had to order. So that might be a little bit longer out, but the tractor itself and a couple of the other things were, and were in stock.
Ok, thank you
Thank you. Oh our second April, sales tax remittances it's 3.46% greater than 2020 Our year to date is running 6.9, 8% above last year at this time. So we're back on track. Oh, one thing I did forget, and I wanted to talk about, is, I got a call from Mayor Hoisington in Farnham….he asked, you know, every year we have a Memorial Day, except for last year. He asked, maybe, if we could do a combined one in Farnham this year since Covid.. everything else. I thought it was kind of a good idea just to do one ceremony this year. And I said, if it goes, well, maybe we can go back and forth between the Town park and the Village park. What do you guys think of that?
I think that's a great idea.
TWO BOARD MEMBERS RESPONDED---INAUDIBLE
What's that?
Why have two, it always seemed so silly?
Well yeah, and then Neil doesn’t have to give two speeches.
Ok, Mark the other thing is is the Easter egg hunt.
Yes, oh yeah, can you talk about that? It was a huge, I think, a huge success.
I want to thank everybody that came. We had approximately 80 to 85 kids.
It was all safe outdoors social distance.
It was a huge success
I want to thank you both Janice and Donna for really doing the whole thing and going shopping for the kids chocolate and setting up the eggs, and really the whole the whole thing. Everyone was just ecstatic to have it.
It was fun. And Amanda helped us with the eggs…. and Donna's daughter.
Oh yeah.
And I got chocolate cake
It was Mike’s birthday so….
But yeah, I mean, I think it's to help the morale in town.
We made it safe, You know that people wore masks that, that needed to, that wanted to. We had hand sanitizers on the table, so….
it worked out well.
Yeah, I think it was a great, a great success. Thank you
Thanks for allowing us to do it.
It was… really, I thought, maybe we'd have 25 kids I couldn't believe who showed up.

Mark, you may not have known. My aunt Shirly Trask, a longtime resident, of Brant Farnham road passed away last week.
I'm sorry, I had no idea.
She and my uncle Mike bought that the old school house over there by Hammond Road, and they live there for many, many years.
I think she was an election inspector for awhile in the town also.
And I also wanted to publicly congratulate Debbie Ritz on her admission to the New York State Bar.
Congratulations.
Thank you very much.
Thank you, Thank you
Just what our Town needs, another lawyer
