NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, notice Is hereby given of a public hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant, to be heard on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 1272 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following;

Case 2018-01 Riker: Application for variance at 10194 Hammond Rd. The applicant requests to reduce the side and rear yard setback from 50 feet to 10 feet for a two car garage.  

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
