Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, notice is hereby given of a public hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant, to be heard on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, 1272 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:Case 2021-01 ETU: Application for area variance at 120 Oval Street Brant, NY. The applicant requests to reduce the side and front yard setbacks for a single-family home expansion and renovation.
All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
