NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (2% tax cap)

Pursuant to resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Brant, New York, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Brant Town Board in the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant North Collins Road, Brant, New York on the 10^th day of November, 2020 at 7:30 PM Local Time, for the purpose of considering Proposed Local Law No. 3-2020 which if approved would authorize the Town of Brant to exceed the tax levy limit established by General Municipal Law Section 3-C of the 2021 budget year.

Copies of the proposed local law are available in the office of the Town Clerk. All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
