Pursuant to the Code of the Town of Brant, notice Is hereby given of a public hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Brant, to be heard on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, 1272 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York, to consider the following:

Case 2019-01 Inglut: Application for area variance at 1325 Milestrip Road, Brant, NY. The applicant requests to reduce the side and front yard setbacks for a garage.  

All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.
