TOWN OF BRANT, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


	Pursuant to resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Brant, New York, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Brant Town Board in the Brant Town Hall, 1272 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York on the 11th day of October, 2011 at 8:00 P.M. Local Time, for the purpose of considering Proposed Local Law No.2-2011  which, if approved, would authorize the Town of Brant to exceed the tax levy limit established by General Municipal Law Section 3-c for the 2012 budget year.
	Copies of the proposed local law are available for review in the office of the Town Clerk.  All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
