ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR TOWN HALL CONVERSION PROJECT TOWN OF BRANT ERIE COUNTY, NEW YORK Sealed bids for the conversion of the property formerly known as the Brant Elementary School located at 1272 Route 249, Brant New York into municipal offices for the Town of Brant, Erie County, will be received by the Brant Town Clerk, until 2:00 PM local time on January 25, 2011 at the Brant Town Hall, 1294 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York 14027, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. This project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to convert a 20,000 sf existing school building to a new town hall. The work shall include light gauge steel studs, drywall, acoustical ceilings, mill work, floor coverings, miscellaneous metals, insulation, carpentry, woodwork, doors, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous work as shown on the drawings and specified herein. Work is subject to prevailing wage laws of the State of New York. Specifications are available upon payment of a non-refundable $20.00 fee to the Brant Town Clerks Office during normal business hours.
