NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a PUBLIC HEARING to be held by the Brant Town Board in the Town Hall, 1294 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York on the 8th day of May, 2007 at 8:00 P.M. Local Time for the purpose of considering the adoption of proposed local law #2 of 2007 which would amend section 161-19 of the zoning ordinance of the Town of Brant by imposing guidelines for interpreting uses and improvements within the district regulations. Copies of the proposed local law are available for review in the office of the Town Clerk, 1294 Brant-North Collins Road, Brant, New York during regular business hours.  All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
